Overall, while spot prices in the USA have seen a slight increase, stability prevails in other regions. In China, there has been some recent upward pressure on prices along with multiple attempts by suppliers to adjust from the low price levels. Nonetheless, the supply and demand dynamics appear to be relatively well-balanced, leading to price stability in most markets, with a slightly firmer tone to it. Contracts for the first quarter and the majority of the second quarter have been secured, with indications of limited coverage extending into the third quarter.

Vitamin A 1000

Vitamin A1000 prices remain steady, with no significant fluctuations observed outside of China following the Chinese New Year. The United States is experiencing a slight tightening in supply due to concerns surrounding the quality of a new Chinese supplier, prompting buyers to revert to established sources. However, availability in other regions appears to be ample, and prices continue to hold steady. Contracts for the first quarter and a substantial portion of the second quarter are already in place.

D-Calpan

Market activity is currently calm, with prices remaining mostly stable or experiencing slight declines still in some regions. Vitamin B3

The market has stabilised following a period of modest price increases and active trading. Although suppliers still aim to move away from the current relatively low price levels. Prices have recently been slightly higher across all regions, but stability has returned. Contracts for the first quarter have been finalised, and a considerable amount of the second quarter is now also secured.

Biotin

Recently, the prices for biotin came down a bit after a long and steady period. Although suppliers would actually like to see prices go up, the market dynamics have resulted in a slight decline. A good portion of Q2 is contracted by now, and the market is relatively quiet.
